The Process

We usually start with an idea, or an old or existing bike that needs TLC, or a dream that one day the old machine will live again! 

Give us a call, or an email with as much information as you can about the project bike, the parts, or your dream. We need to understand your expectations. Photos are perfect, the more the better.

We'll have a look, probably call you, and give you an idea of what can be done with your Project. It's best that we are upfront and honest about the possibilities to avoid disappointment.

We will provide a price estimate for you and a plan of going about your Project, or how we will provide the service or parts you require. We will confirm estimates after receiving the bike.

For larger projects we may ask for a deposit on commencement, or even progress payments to make it easy on both sides.

We will help to organise delivery of your bike to us. There are a number of ways to do this, we will discuss and come up with the most suitable. This includes insurance if required.

You can deliver or collect directly if you prefer.

Project time frames will vary dependent on the nature, the amount of restoration required, and parts availability. For larger Projects we will treat it as a project and provide updates and photos as the work progresses  

There will be plenty of opportunity for inspection prior to final payment and delivery. Delivery will be organised as previous, customers are encouraged to deliver & collect in person if possible.
